* This competition is an IDEAS competition. We expect the ideas of utilizing the bunker and proposing interesting programs that can develop the whole site. Therefore, please do not focus your plan only on the bunker, but on the whole development of the site. For the detailed design, the prizewinner will be able to materialize it in the future process of basic and working designs. However, please arrange the parking over 300 cars in order to accommodate the large-scale groups of tourists. You are free to change the landform of the site.
